Using advanced scheduler (business/corporate version only)

Advanced scheduler window

Groups

Using advanced scheduler you can tune up your actions using groups of computers. First of all you need to define these groups (the number of groups is unlimited). Each group contain list of computers, separated by comma and unique title used to denote the group. A group can be added, edited or deleted (Note, business license suggests the only one group containing 'My computer').

Add/edit group

Each group can be specified with its own custom password to use for remote commands. The appropriate clients of the group should be installed with the same password or without any password.

Schedule action

Add/edit schedule event

The following setting can be specified with an action scheduled:

The following options are not necessary to define with the scheduler entry and can be used optionally:

All scheduled actions (both enabled and not) are displayed on the main window of scheduler. To edit any select it in the list and click 'Edit' or select it in the list and double-click with left mouse button.

Schedule an action on low CPU usage

The action selected on the main RSHUT window can be scheduled on low CPU usage. To do this enable the option 'Do action if CPU usage less than' on the scheduler dialog and enter threshold value (in percents) which will be used to keep track for CPU usage. Also you need enter the number of minutes during which CPU usage should be less than specified value in order to the action be activated.

To specify that the action should be executed once select the option 'Onetime action'. So the option to execute action on low CPU usage will be disabled once it will be executed.

Schedule an action on process exit

The action selected on the main RSHUT window can be scheduled on a process exit. To do this enable the option 'Do action when process will exit' on the scheduler dialog and then select the process you wish be tracked for its exit from the list of all processes in RAM (RSHUT will provide you the full list of running processes).

Running processes list

Also you can manually enter the process name to an appropriate field (if it is not in RAM yet).

So if you have enabled the option here RSHUT will track processes list for the event the process specified will leave it (actually - exits), RSHUT will detect that the process being in RAM had gone away and will run the action specified.

To specify that the action should be executed once select the option 'Onetime action'. So the option to execute action on process exit will be disabled once it will be executed.

Define main hot-key for an action

A hot-key can be defined for quick start of the current action selected in the main RSHUT window. To do it - enter necessary hot-key you want to define on the scheduler window.
